  • Do I have to sign a contract to use this service?

    No! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal, emailing us, or giving us a call. We also offer one time cleanings, no subscription necessary. 

  • How do you dispose of the pet waste after each clean up?

    We will double bag the waste and place it in the customers trash can or neatly on the side of their house if the trash can is unreachable. We also use scented bags to reduce the smell for our customers.

  • Can you clean with my dog in the yard?

    Yes, we do this job because we love dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of agression, you leave them inside during the cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team and your pet is our main priority. If your dog is agressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

  • Can I request a specific clean up day?

    Please email, call, or enter in the notes what day you would like us to come. We do not gaurentee a specific day but we can try our best to accomodate. As for the time of arrival we do not allow request but you will be notified before arrival.

  • How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?

    At Scoop Lovers, your pet’s safety is our top priority! We keep things clean and worry-free by disinfecting all our equipment and shoes with a powerful, pet-safe cleaner between every visit—helping stop the spread of germs and illnesses like parvo. Plus, we always snap a photo of your securely closed gate after each service, so you never have to stress about your furry friend getting out. And for extra peace of mind, every team member is background-checked because we care about your home as much as you do!

  • What is the referral rewards program?

    Here at Scoop Lovers we offer the best referral program! Get 1 free month of service (matching your plan) for every successful referral! There are no limits—refer as many people as you want! Call or email for more info!


REFERRAL PROGRAM


Thank you for participating in Scoop Lovers Referral Program! We’re excited to reward our loyal customers for spreading the word about our services. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the following terms and conditions for our Referral Program:


Eligibility -

Referrer Eligibility: The referral program is available to all current Scoop Lovers customers with an active account in good standing.

Referred Customer Eligibility: The referred customer must:

Be a new customer to Scoop Lovers (no prior service accounts).

Sign up for at least one month of service at a minimum frequency of once-a-week cleanings.

Complete their first full month of service before the free month reward is issued to the referrer.


Referral Reward -

Reward Details: Referrers will receive one (1) free month of service (matching their current plan) for each eligible referral.

For example, if the referrer’s plan is weekly cleanings, they will receive one month of weekly cleanings free.

If the referrer’s plan includes more than one cleaning per week, the reward will be capped at the cost of one month of weekly cleanings.

Refund Option: Instead of applying a free month of service, we may provide a refund equivalent to one month of weekly cleanings. This refund will not exceed the cost of one cleaning per week.

No Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals or free months a referrer can earn.

Non-Transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Free months or refunds can only be applied to the referrer’s active account.

Time Frame: The free month or refund will be applied to the referrer’s account after the referred customer’s first full month of service is completed and payment is confirmed.


How to Refer

Sharing the Program: Referrers can share their unique referral code or link provided by Wag and Bag, or simply have the referred customer mention the referrer’s name during sign-up.

Tracking Referrals: It is the referrer’s responsibility to ensure the referred customer provides the necessary information (e.g., referral name/code) at the time of sign-up.

Name Mention at Checkout: To qualify for the referral reward, the referred customer must explicitly mention the referrer’s name at checkout or during the sign-up process.


General Terms

Program Modifications: We do reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. In such cases, rewards for previously verified referrals will still be honored.

Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent or abusive behavior, including creating fake accounts or self-referring, will result in disqualification from the program and potential account termination.

Compliance: Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitations of Liability

Scoop Lovers is not responsible for errors, delays, or omissions in tracking or applying referral rewards due to technical or human error. Any disputes regarding referral eligibility or reward issuance will be resolved at Wag and Bag’s sole discretion.
