Scoop Lovers was founded in 2025 by Elio Trujillo in San Diego, California, out of a deep love for dogs and a desire to improve the lives of pets and their owners. We’re a team of animal lovers who simply want to be around dogs as much as possible—while also ensuring they have a clean and safe space to play. We know that picking up after pets can be a challenge, whether due to a busy schedule, physical limitations, or just life getting in the way. That’s where we step in.
